Where We Are Based:
We are located in the office building at 30 Churchill Place, London, E14. Please note that we operate exclusively as an online shop and do not have a physical storefront. All orders must be placed through our website.
How We Process Orders:
Orders through our website are accepted 24/7 and are reserved for you for three days. For more information, you can email us at hello@shotgunsolutions.co.uk. Orders are processed between 11am and 8pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
How We Take Payment for Orders:
You will receive an email with an invoice detailing the total amount and our bank details for direct transfer.
How We Deliver Orders:
Paid invoices will be dispatched within two working days. We usually send our parcels with Royal Mail tracked delivery.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will either order it for you or offer you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Orders exceeding £100 qualify for free delivery to any UK address. We cannot be held responsible for any loss if you provide an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by someone else.
Returns & Refunds:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. The goods must be returned in the condition they were received – unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale as new.
If you are returning the items by post, you will bear the cost of shipping. We recommend sending all returns fully insured, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, style, or a completely different item, postage charges may apply.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or from the date you inform us of your wish to cancel, whichever is sooner.

The information and images on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
Product Guarantees:
All items bought from us are covered by the appropriate manufacturers’ guarantees. If any product purchased from us develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us to discuss repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of the guarantee. This does not include general wear and tear.
